For Rick Stein, a Cornishman, Christmas was never a summer thing. It belongs to winter: the slow roast, the fire going, the lights along the harbour. This July, he brings it to the edge of the Pacific.

On Sunday 12 July, a ticketed set Christmas lunch: canapés on arrival through to Christmas pudding, with Rick's roast turkey and all the trimmings at its heart. Or upgrade to a half rock lobster Thermidor, because we're at the seaside. $120 per adult, $60 per child.

From 14 to 31 July, a small Christmas à la carte menu runs alongside our main menu.
