This intimate, ticketed dinner brings together some of Rick’s most loved recipes - the classics - enjoyed by the sea at Rick Stein at Coogee Beach. Designed exclusively for just 60 guests, the evening offers a relaxed, sit-down dining experience with matched wine pairings from the Steins’ favourite regions across Australia and the world, alongside personal stories and a rare opportunity to meet Rick and Sas Stein.
Champagne on arrival and matched wine pairings are included.
The menu will include canapes, alternating entrees and desserts with a set main course.
